PayoffTable provides free educational calculators and articles about loan amortization and mortgage prepayment. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Not advice

All content is educational. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and no content creates any professional relationship. Your loan documents and servicer govern your actual loan.

Acceptable use

You may use the calculators freely for personal and commercial purposes. You may not misrepresent outputs as professional advice, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Accuracy

We compute with the standard monthly-interest convention used in loan documents and reconcile outputs against closed-form solutions in automated tests. That said, servicer practices (daily accrual, posting dates, fees) can produce small differences; verify material decisions against your servicer's figures.
